What’s your weekend morning routine?
It’s pretty simple. I sleep early and I wake up early. I like going for a nice long run but currently, I have an inflammation of the knee because of too much workout. I still go to the garden and walk a little bit. Generally, I run a nice 15-20 km on a weekend morning.
What does weekend self-care look like for you?
I do a lot of homemade remedies. The one thing I absolutely love is putting oil in my hair. I apply mustard oil or cold pressed coconut oil on my hair. I make a natural scrub of masoor dal, rice and milk. I soak it and blend it and put oats and scrub my skin with it. It makes your skin shine.
What are your must-have beauty products?
I love red lipsticks and nude lipsticks. Also, kohl pencils and maskara.
What facemask do you absolutely love?
I picked up a lot of face mask sheets when I was in Korea. That’s when I got addicted to them. They are literally magical for my skin. If not those, then I mix besan with yoghurt, milk and turmeric and apply it. This is a great ubtan for Indian skin.

I’m watching Schitts Creek. I know it’s a bit late in the day but I am absolutely enjoying it.
Are you a tea or coffee person?
I am a full-on tea person. However, I have been asked not to drink tea because of my joint pain, so I have moved to coffee.
What’s your favourite comfort food?
Anything that is home-cooked is my soul food.
