Where/How do you get your best ideas?

Lockdown was a blessing in disguise for me. It gave me the time to think about what I love the most.

First thing you do as soon as you wake up?

Gratitude while the next is my to do list for the day 

What do you hope to see happen in the near future for small businesses in the country?

Small business are being supported in a huge manner and so I see them growing vastly. Everyone is looking for something unique so I think smaller brands on Instagram will do really well for themselves. 

What was your biggest stroke of luck since the launch of your company (s)?

Opening up of travel which gave a boost to my new business . It was the perfect time to launch 

What do you typically read?/ Favourite book?

The Secret is my all time favourite book. 

Best boss you had and what did you learn from them?

Encourage your juniors and they will give you the best results. All my seniors at The childrens place USA 

What question do you ask at interviews?

Do you love what you do ? Is this your passion ? 

One thing you learned about yourself.

I am passionate about fashion, following new trends and an extremely organised person 

How do you keep your team motivated & engaged?

Monday morning meetings to discuss the plan for the week…appreciation of every little achievement. 

How do you maintain work/life balance?

Fixed time schedule for work and family ..though its not easy 

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Don’t overthink it, if you love it just go for it. You can achieve anything if you have the passion for it.
