Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor is known for her bridal style and heavy set traditional outfits for weddings and occasions. Her latest collection Al-Rooh (the Festive 2020 collection) carries the free-spirited aura of the Seventies. Flared shararas are reminiscent of bell bottoms; mirror-worked textiles resemble the reflective surfaces of strobe lights; caftan overlayers and beaded bikini tops are Bohemian in their vibe. Polka dots, graphic stripes and iridescent pastels bring retro glamour to the forefront. The bridal offerings of the range are ornate in their appearance, yet light in feel. In a candid conversation she tells us about how she plans on spending her friday!

Alibag and the new M2M ferry as I may needing goa desperately but the kids need a pool now!
What are three things you are most grateful for this Friday?
That we work Saturday’s. We’ve been locked down many many months and i’m not a home body at all. My kids have managed to remain sane inspite of perhaps the 25th abnormal weekend of their year and god knowshow many more to go and lastly, that I will see my parents this sunday!
What song are you enjoying the week?
I’ve only listened to kiddy music this weekend i have two girls who have some strange taste in music like paw patrol songs!
What’s your weekend morning routine?
Same as everyday get 30 mins of yoga with being interrupted 30 times by my kids.
What does weekend self-care look like for you?
A head massage with some smelly ayurvedic oil.
What’s your must-have beauty product?
Cupping , Jade Rollers , gua sha all these ive been introduced to by my beauty expert store manager Sabiha.
What facemask do you absolutely love?
Jaggery and coffee anything from the kitchen.

I watch two episodes of friends everyday since the last 20 years

Croatia. Since i haven’t got my refund on my booking for june 2020 yet. I’ll be happy to just rebook!
What advice do you have for any kid who looks up to you?
You mother is always right..really! She knows best and her vision for you is beyond Gods vision, listen to her! You won’t regret it when you are older. There is nothing bigger and more comforting than love. Grab the one who u know will give it to you forever and ever and don’t let go!
