Home Learning For Kids ~G.S

Technology can be empowering for kids of all ages with the right tools that help them learn in fun and engaging ways. In this pandemic situation, it’s getting harder and harder to keep kids away from technology. Phones, IPads and tablets are all part of our daily lives so how can we ask our kids to stay away from them when we are on them 24/7.

As Jim Henson said “Kids don’t remember what you try to teach them. They remember what you are.”

In a world where children are “growing up digital”, why not help them with learning apps that actually sharpen their bright little brains. There are loads of apps in the store but I have collated a list of online portals to keep children updated with their subjects and busy whilst staying at home and have fun at the same time.

Lingo kids

Lingo kids is a play-learning app in english that teaches kids essential skills through games. Designed for kids ages 2-8 , Lingo kids teaches more than just english for kids. Breathe kids

As parents, we want to raise our kids to be able to handle whatever comes our way. Whether they need to calm down before bed to sleep better, develop positive relationships and simply have a peaceful moment. Stop breathe and think offers children a fun and easy way to process their emotions. From counting breaths to friendly wishes or frog jumps, each mindful activity brings fun reward to keep them engaged.
