Where/How do you get your best ideas?

First and foremost learning the history Of scent and the art of making perfume, gives me the inspiration on how to convert it into our modern day life. One of the best place to get these resources Is the internet where I can find ideas and also put forward my ideas.

What’s something they don’t teach you in University that you should probably know?

for me It’s the act of persistence. Every body has great ideas but if we don’t understand that success comes through persistence then we give up sooner than we hit the mark.

there has been a lot of support for small businesses In the country and I can see a lot of growth in the near future.

My biggest stroke of luck would  definitely be my affinity towards social media which helped me in maintaining a certain standard for my brand page.

I’m not an avid reader but if I had to pick a genre I’d definitely incline towards self help books

Best boss you had and what did you learn from them?

I was working at a talent management Agency and my boss not only had a team a manage but so many talents and artists too, she taught me how to multi task my day-to-dy activities and that has really helped me in getting important things done in time.

I’m not someone who will give importance only to the degree you hold but rather be more inclined in knowing your hobbies and how you plan to grow and help us grow at OOAK.

sleep is more important to me than being social, I’d say no to something if it’s not worth losing my sleep over.

How do you keep your team motivated & engaged?

By Always sharing new ideas and content with the team and also giving them a platform to showcase their creativity whose success Reflects directly on their hard work.

How do you maintain work/life balance?

My work and personal life go hand in hand, without one the other wouldn’t be possible hence they balance out themselves.

A childhood memory that shaped something you do in your business today.-

Just as we got weekends off when we were kids,it’s okay to give yourself a breather from work as adults too.

Tea is always the answer

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

It’s okay to have an idea/business that’s already out there, what matters is the way you do it. Just make sure you do it your way! Even the most basic idea will outstand.
