The lifestyle we have today, the diet we take, pollution levels, heat, all of these affect our facial beauty.  It is affecting the beauty and damaging the glow of skin. Problems like pimples, acne, dark circles are common. If you want to tackle such problems and want a natural glow, follow below mentioned tips.

Hydration-
 You have to be adequately hydrated. 70% of the skin cells are made of water. The better the hydrated the skin, the better the glow and shine of your skin. So, you should have at least 2 liter of water per day and once the skin is well hydrated, the reflection of light from the skin is better and you will have glowing skin. So be sure even if you are on the move to have plenty of water. It’s not necessary to only consume water, you may have a large number of juices, coconut water, buttermilk etc.

Seeds- We generally ignore seeds in our diet. Seeds such as chia seeds are considered to be the healthiest food on the planet. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants. It acts as an anti-ageing treatment if included in the diet. It helps to cure scars and pimples on the face. Soak 1tbsp chia seeds in water overnight and drink it with water in the morning. The next seed is flaxseed, also known as superfood. They help to moisturize your skin, help fight wrinkles, skin dryness that will help to keep the skin glowing and young. They also work on your wrinkles.

Vitamins-
 It is important to keep your vitamin quotient enough. So, Vitamin A, C and E are important. These are present in carrots, apples, and oranges. Also, they are present in fish, nuts. Also, they include antioxidants and minerals that maintain the glow of skin.

Dry fruits-
 Talking of dry fruits, walnuts are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids that makes you look young. They are loaded with Vitamin C, E and antioxidants. The next dry fruit is almonds. Almonds are loaded with vitamin E, which is really good for your skin. You can have 2-4 almonds at any time of the day. If you are having it in summers and facing any issues like acne, pimple, soak almonds in water and then eat it.

Vegetables- Eating seasonal vegetables is really beneficial for skin. Green vegetables are really healthy. You must include broccoli in your diet. It has vitamin C, vitamin E and antioxidants that protects you from ultraviolet rays which are harmful for skin. So, include broccoli in your diet. Next vegetable is carrot. You should have carrots as they are highly rich in carotene, an antioxidant that converts into vitamin A. This protects you from UV rays and keeps your skin soft and healthy. Sweet potatoes are also beneficial for skin as it is also a rich source of carotene. So, make sure to include these foods in your diet.
