Chef Sudhir Pai, with over 30 years of experience working with prestigious brands like The Oberois, Leela, and Unilever, has curated a menu that combines a welcoming ambiance with exceptional service. The restaurant showcases a variety of coastal delicacies featuring fresh seafood, poultry, meat, and impeccable vegetarian dishes prepared with traditional ingredients and a contemporary flair while Jaideep Gupta, an award-winning hospitality consultant with over 30 years of experience, has worked closely with Sumit in creating TAT and has been an important guiding figure in the restaurant’s development.

The lively atmosphere is a mix of regional and cultural depth, with colorful murals of seaside sceneries and typical coastal communities creating a welcoming environment. Designed by Reshma Karmarkar, CEO and Chief Architect of Design Matters, the space pays homage to the rich heritage of coastal India.
Guests can savor small bites like crispy Assorted Fried Poppadums and Fish Koliwada or indulge in platters featuring Veg Tukitaki and mixed seafood or meat assortments. Notable dishes include the spicy and juicy Sigadi Ghee Roast Mangalore prawns, and the Gobhi Puvvu, an Andhra-style Cauliflower Chilli Fry. The dessert menu features the Pooran Polli Phyllo rolls, a crispy, flaky roll filled with coconut, jaggery, and secret ingredients, served with ice cream.
